“Arts & Foods. Rituali dal 1851” è il primo padiglione di Expo Milano 2015 che apre al pubblico. Si tratta di una grande mostra a cura di Germano Celant, allestita dal 9 aprile al 1° novembre in Triennale. Attraverso più di 2.000 opere, si indaga il rapporto tra le arti e i diversi rituali del cibo nel mondo dal 1851 ad oggi. All’interno e all’esterno della Triennale, installazioni e opere di artisti contemporanei realizzate ad hoc.
The First Pavilion of Expo 2015 opens at the Triennale
‘Arts & Foods. Rituals since 1851’ is the first pavilion of Expo 2015 to open its doors to the public. This major exhibition is curated by Germano Celant, and will be held at the Triennale from 9 April to 1 November. Through more than 2,000 works, it explores the relationship between the arts and various food rituals throughout the world from 1851 to the present. Installations and works by contemporary artists created ad hoc will be positioned inside and outside the Triennale.
