Nell’ambito dell’EXPO, si sono tenute a Milano dal 29 e 30 settembre, due giornate di UE-ASEAN-meeting tra aziende Italiane ed europee ed aziende dei paesi ASEAN.
L’evento ha rappresentato una grande opportunità per creare e rafforzare contatti d’affari e promuovere nuovi partenariati economici tra le imprese dell’UE e dell’ASEAN.
Con la partecipazione straordinaria delle delegazioni ASEAN – Associazione delle Nazioni Sud-Est Asiatiche (Brunei Darussalam, Cambogia, Indonesia, Laos, Malesia, Myanmar, Filippine, Singapore, Thailandia eVietNam), l’evento di Matchmaking, organizzato dalle imprese della comunità Europea, offre alle compagnie europee, associazioni, cluster e centri di ricerca la possibilità di trovare nuovi partner internazionali, in particolare dai paesi dell’ ASEAN, ed iniziare nuove collaborazioni di business e progetti correlati nel settore agroalimentare. Il Segretario Generale della Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), Pham Hoang Hai, ha partecipato alla due giorni di B2B per presentare i servizi offerti da ICHAM e le opportunità offerte dal mercato Vietnamita, e promuovere le attività di Eurocham ed EVBN quali partner di ICHAM.
Milan Expo: EU-Asian Day
On the 29th and 30th of September, the Milan Expo hosted two EU-ASEAN days, which consisted of meetings between Italian and European businesses and businesses from ASEAN countries (Association of South East Asian Nations). The event represents a great opportunity to create and strengthen business links and promote new economic partnerships between EU and ASEAN companies. ASEAN delegates (from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam), took part in the Matchmaking event, which was organised by European businesses. The event offered European companies, associations, clusters and research centres the opportunity to find new international partners, in particular from ASEAN countries, and initiate new collaborations in the agro-food sector. During the two B2B days, the Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), Pham Hoang Hai, presented the services that ICHAM offers and the opportunities presented by the Vietnam market. He also promoted the activities of ICHAM partners, Eurocham and EVBM.
