Il Made in Italy è sempre più “fashion”

Nel 2015 ha sfiorato i 50 miliardi il valore annuo dell’export di moda italiano in giro per il mondo grazie ad un trend in crescita (+2%) che ha visto incrementare le vendite fino a raggiungere quota 48 miliardi di euro. In particolare sono aumentate le esportazioni di alcuni articoli fra cui: T-shirt, camicie e intimo (+4%); tappeti, moquette e borse (+3%); calzature (+2%).
A comprare italiano nel settore sono soprattutto tre Paesi – Germania (10,6%), Francia (9,2%) ed USA (8,4%) – che da soli assorbono poco meno del 30% delle vendite di Made in Italy ma fra le prime venti destinazioni troviamo anche Hong Kong, Gran Bretagna e Giappone. I Paesi a maggiore crescita sono invece Corea del Sud (+17,1%), Cina (+10%) ed USA (+8,4%).

In 2015 the annual value of Italian fashion exports worldwide reached almost 50 billion euros thanks to an increasing trend (+2%), which resulted in an increase in sales for a total of 48 billion euros. The exports of certain items increased in particular, including: T-shirts, shirts and underwear (+4%); rugs, carpets and bags (+3%); footwear (+2%).
Italian goods from this sector were mainly purchased by three countries – Germany (10.6%), France (9.2%) and the USA (8.4%) – which alone account for just under 30% of Made in Italy product sales, while the top twenty destinations also included Hong Kong, the UK and Japan. The countries that showed the greatest increase were South Korea (+17.1%), China (+10%) and the USA (+8.4%).
