Il Palazzo del Quirinale ospiterà quest’anno una raccolta dei Presepi di tutte le Regioni italiane. L’iniziativa, dal titolo “Presepi d’Italia – Le tradizioni regionali al Quirinale”, è volta a far conoscere e valorizzare le tradizioni culturali, storiche e artistiche delle varie Regioni durante il periodo delle festività natalizie. L’esposizione vuole essere l’occasione per rappresentare l’unità del nostro Paese, attraverso la pluralità delle sue espressioni. La mostra accoglierà ventuno presepi artistici, di varie epoche, provenienti da tutte le Regioni italiane e dalle Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano. Sarà visitabile per alcuni giorni: a dicembre, il 18, 23, 28 e 29, e nel gennaio 2016, il 4 e 5. L’ingresso sarà gratuito.
‘Nativity Scenes of Italy’ and regional traditions on display at the Quirinale
This year the Quirinale Presidential Palace will host a collection of Nativity Scenes from every region of Italy. The initiative, entitled ‘Nativity Scenes of Italy – regional traditions at the Quirinale’, aims to raise awareness and promote the cultural, historical and artistic traditions of the various Regions during the Christmas holiday period. The exhibition also serves as an opportunity to represent the unity of our country, through the large variety of its expressions. The exhibition will include twenty-one artistic nativity scenes, from various periods, coming from every Region of Italy and from the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano. The exhibition will be open for visits on the following days: 18, 23, 28 and 29 December 2015 and 4 and 5 January 2016. Admission is free.
