Signa Maris è un progetto del Ministero dei beni e delle attività culturali e del turismo (MiBACT) – Organismo Intermedio del POIn “Attrattori culturali, naturali e turismo” che promuove le ricchezze culturali, naturalistiche e i sapori del territorio italiano attraverso la nascita di un nuovo sistema turistico che unisce ed integra mare e terra. Signa Maris ha creato per i turisti che approdano nei porti del Sud Italia aderenti alla rete, una proposta di itinerari alla scoperta del territorio italiano, dove arte, natura, cultura parlano la lingua del mare, che da sempre è la loro porta di accesso. Per la promozione del progetto, volta ad intercettare la domanda turistica anche e soprattutto straniera, fondamentale la collaborazione delle Camere di Commercio italiane all’estero, che hanno realizzato iniziative ad hoc sui loro territori.
Signa Maris: Italy, as told by the sea, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad
Signa Maris is a project of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism (MiBACT) – an intermediate body of the POIn (Interregional Operational Programme) ‘Cultural and natural attractions and tourism’ that promotes the rich culture, nature and flavours of the Italian territory through the emergence of a new tourist system that unites and integrates sea and land. For tourists arriving in the ports of Southern Italy that belong to the network, Signa Maris has created a series of itineraries allowing them to discover the Italian territory, where art, nature and culture speak the language of the sea, which has always been their entrance gateway. To promote the project, which aims to intercept the tourist demand, especially of foreign tourists, the collaboration of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad is fundamental, as these have created ad hoc initiatives in their territories.
