A Guide to Investing in Victoria by the Italian Consulate in Melbourne
Opening a business in the Australian state of Victoria is now a downhill path. The ‘Guide to the Australian business law,’ which explains the first steps that a business owner can follow, was officially presented at the Italian Institute of Culture in Melbourne. The guide, which has been sponsored by the Consulate General of Italy and put together by lawyer Giovanni Di Lieto, is dedicated to “all Italians with a sense of initiative” and is aimed at providing a general legal framework for new entrepreneurs, and also at offering a series of practical tips on the tax system, on bank loans and on rules for immigration by foreign businessmen.
