Nella cerimonia del 22/11, presso la Farnesina, sono stati firmati due Protocolli d’Intesa tra il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale (MAECI) e la Fondazione Altagamma, da una parte, e tra il MAECI e Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), dall’altra.
Le Intese sono state sottoscritte dal Ministro Paolo Gentiloni con il Presidente di Altagamma, Andrea Illy, e il Direttore Operativo Europa, Africa e Medio Oriente di FCA, Alfredo Altavilla, alla presenza di rappresentanti di prestigiose imprese del “Made in Italy”, con l’obiettivo di organizzare iniziative congiunte tra cui, eventi di valorizzazione dello stile italiano, incontri in Italia e all’estero con focus sui temi legati allo sviluppo e alla cultura d’impresa e ai territori di origine dei prodotti, e lo svolgimento di attività di cooperazione tra i centri di ricerca delle imprese coinvolte e gli addetti scientifici del ministero. Le iniziative saranno supportate anche dalla rete diplomatico-consolare.
Farnesina signs Memorandum of Understanding with Altagamma Foundation and FCA
At the 22/11 ceremony, at the Farnesina, two Memorandums of Understanding were signed between the Ministery of Foreign Affairs and the International Cooperation (MAECI) and the Altagamma Foundation, on one side, and between MAECI and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), on the other.
The Understandings were undersigned by Minister Paolo Gentiloni with the President of Altagamma, Andrea Illy and the Operations Manager of Europe, Africa and Middle East of FCA, Alfredo Altavilla, in the presence of representatives from prestigious “Made in Italy” companies, with the aim of organizing united initiatives. Amongst these are events to promote Italian style, meetings in Italy and overseas with a focus on themes tied to business development and culture and to the place of origin of products and the implementation of collaborating activities between the research centres of the involved businesses and the ministry’s scientific experts. The initiatives will also be supported by the diplomatic-consular network.
