Reti di imprese: i numeri di un successo non annunciato

Dalla sua introduzione nel nostro ordinamento nel 2010 il contratto di rete ha rappresentato una novità di assoluto rilievo e un’opportunità da cogliere ed approfondire per il panorama produttivo italiano, storicamente e strutturalmente caratterizzato da una forte frammentazione delle filiere produttive e da una scala dimensionale delle imprese conseguentemente ridotta. A livello dimensionale, a prevalere sono le Reti di dimensione ridotta con l’89,9% delle realtà che conta meno di dieci imprese associate e il 45,8% meno di quattro, ma si segnala come nel corso degli anni, il peso delle Reti composte da dieci imprese e oltre è raddoppiato, passando dall’8,2% nel 2011 al 16,3% nell’agosto 2015. A livello settoriale invece le Reti sono prevalentemente multisettoriali con ben l’84,0% delle Reti composto da imprese appartenenti a diversi comparti produttivi, mentre il 45,1% è composto – per almeno la metà – da imprese appartenenti ad uno stesso comparto produttivo.

Since its introduction into our law system in 2010, the so called “contratto di rete” represented a highly significant innovation and an opportunity to be seize and deepen the Italian production scene, historically and structurally characterized by a strong fragmentation of the production chain. That reduced the dimensional scale of companies accordingly. On a dimensional level, the small size networks (with less than 10 companies within the network) with 89.9% of the share market are the ones who prevail, and then there is the 45.8% (with less than four companies). It is noted over the years that the weight of the composed network of ten enterprises or more has doubled, from 8.2% in 2011 to 16.3% in August 2015. On a sector level, while the networks are predominantly multi-sectoral with 84.0% of networks composed of companies from different productive sectors, 45.1% of networks are companies belonging to the same production sector.
