Editoriale di Franco Cutrupia, Presidente della Camera di Commercio Italiana in Cina
Dal 27 al 30 Gennaio il Ministro della Salute Beatrice Lorenzin è stata impegnata in missione a Pechino per incontrare le più importanti autorità cinesi in tema di sanità, salute, sicurezza alimentare e agricoltura. Tra questi, il Direttore della Commissione Salute e Pianificazione Familiare Li Bin, il Presidente dell’Amministrazione Generale per la Supervisione della Qualità, delle Ispezioni e della Quarantena (AQSIQ) Zhi Shuping, il Presidente della China Food and Drugs Administration (CFDA) Bi Jingquan ed il Vice-Ministro dell’Agricoltura Yu Kangzhen.
Obiettivi della visita presentare la qualità e l’efficienza del modello italiano nei settori della sanità e sicurezza alimentare e rilanciare la collaborazione per riunire i migliori elementi delle rispettive tradizioni, in campo medico e di comportamenti salutari, con la ricerca, lo studio e l’utilizzo di materiali e metodiche innovativi.
L’arrivo a Pechino del Ministro è stato inoltre occasione per lanciare il logo “vITALYty” ed inaugurare l’anno della sanità italiana in Cina. L’iniziativa nasce su input e coordinamento dell’Ambasciata insieme e a sostegno delle imprese italiane che operano nel settore della sanità in Cina ed è promossa dalla stessa Ambasciata unitamente all’Agenzia ICE e alla Camera di Commercio italiana in Cina.
Significativa azione a sostegno delle imprese congiuntamente promossa e realizzata nel corso della visita del Ministro è stata l’organizzazione del “Seminario Italo-Cinese sulla Collaborazione nel Settore della Sanità e dei Servizi Sanitari”, svoltosi il 28 Gennaio. Nel corso dell’evento sono stati firmati quattro Memoranda di Understanding, due dei quali sottoscritti dalla Camera di Commercio italiana in Cina (un accordo con il Beijing Weirenweiye International Medicine Research Center per la formazione in Italia di personale medico dirigenziale cinese ed un accordo con l’International Health Exchange and Cooperation Center della Commissione Salute e Pianificazione Familiare per progetti di collaborazione per l’innovazione e lo sviluppo dell’industria healthcare) che saranno resi operativi da diverse aziende appartenenti al Gruppo di Lavoro sulla Sanità della CCIC.
Attivo dal 2015, il Gruppo di Lavoro della Sanità conta circa venti Soci, tutte le aziende attive nel settore della sanità tra cui aziende che producono macchinari e attrezzature sanitarie, prodotti farmaceutici, tecnologie per la gestione dei servizi sanitari etc. Come gli altri Gruppi di Lavoro della CCIC, il Gruppo di Lavoro si incontra periodicamente ed è compatto nelle proprie attività di promozione e sensibilizzazione delle controparti cinesi nei confronti della qualità e dell’esperienza italiana nel settore sanitario, che è stata anche riconosciuta a livello mondiale come la terza per efficienza.

vITALYty: the year of Italian healthcare in China
On January 27th – 30th, 2016 the Minister of Healthcare Beatrice Lorenzin was involved in a diplomatic mission in Beijing to meet the most important Chinese authorities for healthcare, health, food security and agriculture. Among these, there were the Minister and Secretary of National Health and Family Planning Commission Li Bin, the President of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) Zhi Shuping, the President of China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), Bi Jingquan and the Vice Minister of Agriculture Yu Kangzhen.
The objectives of this visit were to present the quality and efficiency of the Italian model in the sectors of healthcare and food security and to relaunch the collaboration between China and Italy in order to reunite the best elements of the respective traditions in the field of medicine and healthy behaviour thanks to research, study and exploitation of innovative methods and materials.
In addition, the Minister’s arrival in Beijing was the occasion to launch the logo “vITALYty” and inaugurate the year of Italian healthcare in China. This initiative was born under the input and direction of the Embassy together with and in support of Italian companies operating in the sector of healthcare in China; it was promoted by the Embassy together with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and the China Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC).
A remarkable action in support of the companies promoted and realised during the Minister’s visit was the organisation of the “Seminario Italo-Cinese sulla Collaborazione nel Settore della Sanità e dei Servizi Sanitari”, which took place on January 28th. During this event, four Memoranda of Understanding were signed, two of them subscribed by the China Italy Chamber of Commerce (an agreement with the Beijing Weirenweiye International Medicine Research Center for the training of Chinese executive healthcare personnel in Italy and an understanding with the International Health Exchange and Cooperation Center of the National Health and Family Planning Commission for the projects of cooperation regarding development and innovation of healthcare industry) which will be put into effect by different companies belonging to the CICC Healthcare Working Group.
Active since 2015, the Healthcare Working Group has nearly 20 Members, all the companies that are active in the sector of healthcare among which there are companies producing healthcare machinery and equipment, pharmaceutical products, technologies for the management of healthcare services etc. As the other CICC Working Groups, the Working Group gathers periodically and it is compact as regards its own activities of promotion and awareness of the Chinese counterparts towards the Italian quality and experience in the healthcare sector, which has been globally recognised as third in the category of efficiency.
