Il contratto per la progettazione e costruzione del ponte pedonale di Burswood, del valore di 54 milioni di dollari australiani (circa 40 milioni di euro), è stato aggiudicato alla joint venture fra l’azienda australiana York e la società italiana Rizzani de Eccher. Il ponte, che sarà lungo 400 metri e alto 65 metri, consentirà di collegare il Central Business District di Perth con il nuovo stadio del football, in via di realizzazione nell’area di Burswood. I lavori di costruzione inizieranno entro la fine del 2015, e il completamento è previsto entro la fine del 2016.
Rizzani de Eccher awarded a contract in Perth
The contract for the design and construction of the Burswood footbridge, worth 54 million Australian dollars (about 40 million euro), was awarded to a joint venture between the Australian company York and the Italian Rizzani de Eccher. The bridge, which will be 400 metres long and 65 metres high, will link the Central Business District of Perth with the new football stadium, which is under construction in the Burswood area. The construction work will start by the end of 2015, and completion is expected by the end of 2016.
