Nell’ambito della attività promozionali promosse in occasione di Expo Milano 2015, si inserisce la partecipazione, come espositrice, della Camera Italiana di Commercio e Industria
di Florianopolis alla prossima edizione di SC Gourmet, Fiera Internazionale di Delikatessen, Gastronomia e Prodotti di alta qualità, che avrà luogo a Blumenau (SC – Brasile), dal 26 al 29 agosto. L’evento offrirà un’importante vetrina per l’agroalimentare Made in Italy e per le attività promosse in questo ambito dalla rete camerale – progetto Ospitalità Italiana – Ristoranti italiani nel mondo; attività del Desk AgriFood (www.10q.it), valorizzazione dei prodotti DOC e IGP e della dieta mediterranea, etc. Grandi protagonisti dell’evento saranno inoltre i ristoratori italiani dello Stato, che potranno mostrare l’eccellenza dei piatti tipici regionali.
Italian Delicacies for SC Gourmet
As part of the promotional activities undertaken in connection with Expo Milano 2015, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Florianopolis will exhibit at the next edition of SC Gourmet, an international fair of delicacies, gastronomy and high quality food products, to be held in Blumenau (SC – Brazil), from 26 to 29 August.
The event will provide a showcase for the Made in Italy food industry and for the activities promoted in this field by the Chambers network, such as the Italian Hospitality Project – Italian Restaurants in the World; the AgriFood Desk activities (www.10q.it), promotion of DOC and IGP products and the Mediterranean diet, etc.
The Italian restaurateurs in the state will also be major protagonists at the event, and will have the chance to show the excellence of their regional dishes.
